With 25 years of people-first leadership, Stanley drives NCS’ strategic growth across sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations. A seasoned Fortune 500 executive, he specializes in building high-performing teams and leading customer-centric expansion—most recently guiding NCS into fintech. Based in Arkansas, he pairs strong business acumen with a commitment to service excellence.

With more than 30 years in fintech and payments, Lisa leads operations across NCS’ multi-processor platform and the integration of Harley Financial Services. A veteran of Fiserv and First Data, she’s partnered with 130+ banks and credit unions. A Six Sigma Black Belt with deep P&L expertise, she leads with a people-first style, building teams where everyone feels heard. A Pennsylvania native, she enjoys time with family, golf, and being outdoors.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Travis has built and scaled businesses across employment screening, payroll, marketing, and technology. At NCS, he develops nationwide affiliate partnerships that open new revenue opportunities for payroll firms, CPAs, insurance agencies, and software companies. His strengths include background screening, brand development, and new product launches.

Based in Philadelphia, he leads with creativity, collaboration, and measurable impact.

With more than 15 years in payment operations and merchant services, Precious leads NCS’ processor relationships and day-to-day payment operations. A Fiserv veteran, she’s spent her career managing complex escalations and strategic partner relationships across high-volume transaction environments. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and leads with communication, accountability, and a people-first mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring, travel, and spending time with her children.
